I've finally gotten back on the wagon after getting way too comfortable in my relationship... and gaining more weight than I wish to admit.

I'm happy to say that I've lost 6.4lbs... yay me

OK, here's the issue.
At work there is someone who I have hit it off with... she's the person who trained me. She's getting married in October.
We've talked about weight and shedding it. We agreed to be each other's support/accountability partner. The entire time we've been doing this... two weeks... she's come up with excuses, she eats junk food at her desk, talks about starting "next Monday"...

I know that I really need someone to be accountable to... but she is NOT that person.
