no -- i can't -- i'm not one for regulated diets that tell me what i can and cannot eat.
Basically, I eat light during the week. Weekends are up for grabs but not crazy.
Take a brisk walk of approximately 1.5 miles every day.
Drink 2-3 liters of water a day
That sounds good! I'm really good during the week, but I'm bad on the weekends  Oh, well I'm allowed 2 days!

that was hysterical!! Im sure DH wouldnt mind as much if he got something good out of it (although i think he is starting to appreciate the alone time he gets when i 'ignore him' for this site)
