present for a baby naming
my husband's closest friends had a baby in april and her baby naming is on sunday. it will be a big event at their house. we've gotten them a present off their registry when the baby was born as well as several other little presents whenever we go over there.
what do people usually give at baby namings? is it like a baptism/christening where you give a bond or something engraved with the baby's name? perhaps something from tiffany's? they have tons of baby toys so i'd like to stay away from that. any ideas?

If you already got them a gift - then why not get them a savings bond in the baby's name to start off her college fund? That is usually what I do for bris/baby namings.
