EMPIRE Carpet?
Has anyone ever used Emprire? I see there commercial on tv all the time for a free consultation and how they can install next day. I called for a free estimate to recarpet our stairs and landing at the top and put laminate hardwood in our living room & Dining room.
Has anyone every used them? Any experiences good or bad?

We used them for our carpets when we first moved in and had a great expereince with them. No problems. I have heard some people have had problems. I really liked the idea that they came to your house and you could out the samples in the rooms that you are carpeting to get an idea what they will look like. 
Now Lowes, on the other hand, will never get another installation job from us.
