Empire Carpet
Anyone ever use them? Good experience or bad?
I keep seeing their commericals and I'm wondering how good they are, especially in terms of price.

We also used them for carpeting and hard wood floor installation and are very happy with the results.

my friends mom used them...they got hardwoods (laminate) in the hallway and kitchen and carpet in their living room....they left a big step up from where the carpet and floors meet and said they would come back to fix it...they enver did...my friends mom called a million times and they kept saying they would come and they didnt...she ended up having someone else fix it.

This is very helpful! We have to replace part of the carpet in our basement due to water damage, and I was thinking of using them for laminate flooring in that space

I would not recommend them. I had a horrible experience with them. FM me if you want the gory details. Needless to say, we ended up getting our carpet for our bedroom from Home Depot. They were great!

Sorry to hear that! I didn't get laminate, I got hard wood, and like I said, they did a wonderful job for me.
