It's hard to look past bad decorating sense when looking at houses...but this house looks like it has a lot of potential. Is it a Tudor? They're probably banking on location...

it's a house from 1921, they don't even have a category for it only "hist".
it's in Sayville so its a nice town, but this house is on a main rd. good luck to them

We had the same color carpet in our DR. It was beautifully teamed with emerald green walls and mint green on the ceiling. Oh, and brown wood panel on the bottom of the walls that was stuck on with glue.
