NYSC in Syosset but my membership is up and I probably won't renew, price went up mid-year commitment.

I was working out and still have a membership at Ladies Workout Express in West Hempstead, but prefer to workout at home.

That's where I used to go and I miss it SO MUCH 
I'm in suffolk county now 
Jen you should take spinning with maryanne!! She is THE best!! She did the early am classes when I was there. She was also my ww leader, she's lost like 100 lbs, has 2 kids and is buff as heck. She's my inspiration
