What’s for dinner?

I’m going to attempt to make butter chicken after I saw a video on YouTube today. I can never get it right, so I’ll be trying again Chat Icon.

Re: What’s for dinner?

Some type of chicken. I took that out this morning and it is usually either chicken cutlets (fried) or grilled chicken. We have left over Fettucine Alfredo from last night's dinner (since only hubby and I ate it) so we can have that too.

They are so picky in my house and then have the nerve to complain we eat the same things all the time.

I feel you on this. I (or DH) cook for 4 different people/tastes. I ask them what they want...to give me suggestions and it's crickets. So I choose and they say "I don't want that". So then you cook, damn it!!! Lol.

They don't eat fish and got tired of fish sticks so don't want them anymore. Hubby is horrible with eating vegetables so I make them and sometimes they go to waste. Broccoli and Green Beans (with garlic and olive oil) goes over well with the kids so I need to make sure when I make it, it is a ton lol.

They are just difficult so I buy the same things every week and just try and mix it up.

Re: What’s for dinner?

I had steaks in the freezer, so I made stake, gnocchi, and steamed broccoli for dinner. I made chocolate chip cookies from scratch earlier in the week, so I had a cookie.
