anyone add on a garage?
Has anyone added on a garage and if so, ball park figure... how much did it cost? Was that for a 1 car, 2 car garage and/or anything above it like a room/apartment?
Just throwing around ideas. TIA

Got an estimate about 5 yrs ago and if I remember correctly, it was about $30K

I know someone doing it right now and its was 30k for a detached approx (I don't recall exact size) 12x20 garage

Thank you for this. We are considering a detached in the yard. I thought it would be more - 30 sounds appropriate

I do think this was a "friends and family discount" price. But its a ballpark idea at least
