Active Shooter at Pensacola Naval Base
The shooter is dead but several are injured. Please pay for my nephew who just finished Bootcamp and is stationed on that base for A school. We are waiting to here any news or from him.

Thank you everyone.. he was finally let out his class to call and wasn’t near where it happened at base. His best friend who is also there, saw the whole thing from the window of the room he was in. Not sure if it was his bedroom or classroom. My cousin said he is really shaken up. These boys are 4 months in and fresh out of HS.
Prayers to all those hurt and those who didn’t make it.

So my nephews BFF, saw one of his friends die and put into a body bag. He is going through counseling and my nephew is there to help him. I’m glad they have each other. They entered the navy as a small group using the Navy buddy system.
This was a class, so there was a lot of young people who are starting out from H.S. and just finished boot camp. Please keep the families and these barely adults in your prayers.

i just remember how i felt when my son went to basic training and then to school... how i wanted to comfort him, knowing he was all on his own for the first time.
my heart just breaks for these young people to have to experience this.
my prayers to all affected.
