DHA supplements?
When I was pregnant with my first two, my doctor had me taking DHA supplement. It was a little red gel-like pill. Today I went to Target and I could not find them in the vitamin aisle. Do they still make them? Do doctors still recommend them?
I don't go to my doc until next week, so I guess I will ask him then.

My prescription prentals had that.
Your doc can prescribe you an all in one prenatal with the right amount of everything

I think most prenatals have DHA in them, even over the counter ones. I used the gummy prenatal vitamins and they had DHA.

My prenatals had them too. I took the CVS brand which had two pills - one was a multi vitamin and the other was the DHA supplement.

I take cvs, rite aid and nature made brands and they all have it. It's one pill with the prenatal. I don't like having to take two at once. Some don't have the DHa in it so you just have to look on the label if it's included in the prenatal.

I use the garden of life brand prenatals and their brand of DHA. i get them on amazon.

I take theranatal ones recommended by my ob. They have dha in them.
