Inexpensive 1st Birthday Party Locations?

Help!! Was planning on hold my DD party at our place but its too close to the holidays and i don't want to deal with the mess.
In need of a place or restaurant that is not too expensive for the end of in Nassau county, preferably close to Garden City. Something semi small for 20-25 people. If its a restaurant, around $15-18 a person or a location where i can bring food that is not more than $500.

Inexpensive 1st Birthday Party Locations?
Wood Kingdom was pretty reasonable compared to other places, they have a location in Farmingdale.

Following. Been calling halls like crazy but the cheapest has been 500. I'm in Suffolk looking for a hall to rent for my sins 1st bday

Chinese buffet depending on the time could be $15, jani in Franklin square $10 per person. Pizza places at one time time were about$15. If jani is still open, had a baby shower at one and it was cheap
