Call them now.... there is someone in the store answering calls.
I went early this morning. Phone was ringing off the hook and they definitely weren't answering. Maybe it quieted down a bit. I had to file the dispute. Got in touch with the company and hoping they can help me. I should hear back in 24 hours.

Good luck! I hope you get it soon. Romina does deliver direct if you aren't within a certain mileage of a dealer. Hopefully they have it in stock or can reroute what Behr's ordered for you.

I just wanted to tell the OP not to stress. I got both of my sons' sets from Buy Buy Baby. The quality of both sets is great. It's not particle board crap. They are both real wood. One set was made by Westwood but I can't recall who the other set was made by. The set I bought for DS2 was in stock and I got it within a couple of days. I had a couple of problems with the Westwood set and the BBB customer service was terrific in replacing it. They also let me use the 20% off coupon on each piece both times which saved me hundreds of dollars.
Good luck to all of you with the Behr's drama. That is just unbelievable.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. We got our furniture from Schneider's Juvenile Furniture in NYC (near the Buy Buy Baby) and they were extremely helpful and they gave us a better price than Behrs. I highly recommend them if you are looking for alternatives.

Ugh I feel sorry for you and everyone that has ordered from there. I hope you are able to dispute the charge. I ordered ds furniture from babies r us and it was in stock, worth a shot to go look especially if you need it soon

Anyone order from Behr's recently?
Yeèp, I'm due in 2 weeks and ordered furniture back in Feb (Feb 7th!) And called warehouse 2 weeks ago bc scheduled delivery was end of march & nothing.... women told me at least 3 more weeks.. in production.
I went Monday to store thinking they could call warehouse and put pressure on them but store was closed for inventory.. still didn't think anything of it....
Went yesterday and huge line and someone on line told me they are closing... i was shocked!!! it was confirmed after waiting on line & speaking to someone that my order was not being fulfilled and to dispute CC deposit. Terrible.
I went to buy buy baby and able to find furniture in stock and delivery this sat! They are recommending Bambi babi furniture in NJ to help get the furniture u ordered but the earliest delivery time was the day of my c section so just went a different way all together.

Behr's was able to give me a purchase order number and the direct number to the manufacturer. They got back to me today and have my furniture in their warehouse. They honored the same price and can deliver.
Only issue now is it's only curbside delivery so now I run into the issue of needing people to get it in my house and upstairs. My mom seems to think if I give the delivery guys a $50 they'll bring it in. Anyone have any experience with this. Don't really have anyone in the family who can lift heavy items. There's the convertible crib, 6 drawer dresser and 5 drawer chest.
I think they will if you tip them. The delivery guys were always nice and very quick. I had a few pieces delivered at separate times last year and never had any issues.

Oh:( Yeah they were the Behr's delivery guys. Hopefully they will do it, I don't think they would turn down some extra cash.

The crib is in pieces and your DH could take it in piece by piece. As for the dressers can you see if a friend can help?

Yeah I'm definitely going to ask them. The crib doesn't worry me because we can bring the pieces up. It's really just the dresser that I think would be the most awkward. I just worry about everything!

They had TERRIBLE customer service, so I'm not surprised they're closing. Had a bad experience a few years ago with DD's furniture. They gave me the run around about when they furniture would be delivered. I received the furniture almost 4 months after the date it was promised. The paint on the crib and dresser started to chip about a year ago and they basically told me I'm screwed because the manufacturer went under.
