sonogram today!!-update
Hi ladies,
I have me 7w4d sonogram today to hopefully hear the heartbeat! I'm anxious but hopeful!! I will update later!
Update- i wish I had a better update. The doctor didn't hear a heartbeat, and by this point he said he should have. He also found that i was now bleeding in the uterus and not the cervix anymore. It's not near the sac but it's getting closer. He also said that he keeps only seeing a sac and there should be a baby in it and he doesn't see that.
So he is 99 percent sure i will miscarry between now and Monday. On Monday, i have a final sonogram to see if a miracle happened and all of a sudden there is a baby inside the sac and a heartbeat but he doubts it. So by Monday if there is still no heartbeat, and no natural miscarrage, then he is scheduling me for a D&C. I am devastated and so is my husband.

omg I am so sorry :( I know how long you've be trying, and it must be very difficult for this to have happened. I've been there, and there is really nothing anyone can say to make it better.
In time, you will feel a bit better. Take time to grieve and don't rush the grieving process. When you are ready, try to keep your spirits up and keep trying. It WILL happen.

Oh no, I am so sorry! You have been through so much and been so supportive and wonderful to everyone, I am so sad this is happening to you. It's just not fair.
I have been there and I know nothing anyone says will make you feel really better. It takes time to grieve and process as the pp said. Please reach out to me if you want to talk, and take care of yourself.

Thank you all so much. I will know the final answer by this Monday or if i have a miscarriage before then. My husband is distraught as I am too and I have to try and be strong but its so hard.
Thank you for all your support and help through this. It means a lot ladies.
