1st birthday girl themes
What did you do as a theme for your dds 1st birthday? Or will do? Or have been to that you thought was cute.
We did DD in ONEderland for dd1s first birthday (Alice in Wonderland). Want something just as cute/creative for dd2.

DD 1 was at Nunleys so it was a carousel /rainbow theme. DD 2 was at a park that had a castle on it so her theme was princess/ castle

We're doing a Garden Fairy theme in May for our 1 year old. The food will be whimsical and fun....all cold dishes for the most part (pasta salads, little sandwiches, fruit kebabs, etc). Cotton candy and cupcakes all around...

1st - Backyardigans
2nd - Minnie Mouse
3rd - The Little Mermaid
4th - Merida from Brave
5th - Rapunzel
6th - Frozen
7th - FINALLY no princesses, lol, we did a baking themed party

My DDs birthday is in the summer & the song I always sing to her is "You Are My Sunshine." So we did a sunshine theme. I used some decorating ideas from Pinterest and gave yellow pails filled with goodies as party favors for the kids! We did an outdoor bbq. Bubbles, sprinklers and fun outdoor activities too.

OMG, me too. I was thinking about having LOs first bday at Nunleys Carousel but then I figured I should do that for her 2nd bday, when she will have more "friends" to invite and will be able to enjoy it more.
