SS name change
What does one need to bring to the SS office to change to married name? Can it be done without your ss card?

SS name change
You need to bring your marriage license that shows the new name. I know I didn't bring my ss card, but I can't remember what other id I had to bring with me.

I just did this a few days ago. I did take my ss card, but all they looked at was my passport and marriage license.

If I don't bad remember they asked me for my marriage certificate and driver license.
