Girl Name Help!
Looking for some name help. Just found out we are having a girl and are super excited! Only issue is that we cannot seem to agree on a name. Our main issue is that we would like to pick a name that starts with the letter “A” but the ones we do like are already being used by someone in our immediate family. My DH is set on Ariel & Alessandra – I do not like Ariel and Alessandra is a derivative of my name and not sure how I feel naming my kid after myself. I like Anna but he doesn’t like it. Middle name will be Cecile. We need something of a Latin root since our families are Italian & Spanish and we wouldn’t want it to sound awkward when they pronounce it in their language.
Names we can’t use:

We're naming our daughter Ava.
Also a big fan of Adelina, which is my adopted friend's birth name... and therefore off limits for me since she hopes to one day use it for her daughter.

Alicia (But I like it pronounced Uh-lees-e-uh rather than Uh-leesh-uh)

ETA: I have no idea about the origin of these names, I just think they're pretty!

Abigail was one of our favorites when trying to name DD2.
I wouldn't worry about names being used in the family - all DH's Italian cousins have the same names because of tradition of naming after grandparents. Even if you pick a unique name, you can't stop someone else from using it later.

For real my dads side of the family every boy cousin is Justin or Peter.
