If you make your own elderberry syrup

I use this recipe all the time. It's so easy. I get all of my organic ingredients on Amazon.

I love wellness mama. I make her recipe except I omit cinnamon. I lovvvve cinnamon however I have recently come to realize I think I am allergic.
It keeps on the fridge for about 3mos but I usually run out before that. Make sure when you add the honey it's warm but not too hot. So you can melt it without destroying nutritional properties.

I use this one too but omit the cloves because I never have them.
