A lot of people say Charlie Sheen. But is he A List as well? It seems like an obvious choice if it were him.

I read that BI and the first one too. A lot of people were guessing Charlie Sheen but the first blind item makes it sound like this guy is a top hollywood movie actor and the star is worried about HIV ruining his legacy, or something like that. So I don't think it's Charlie.
Also it says this person has become almost like a recluse over the past few years.
So I really have no idea who it is. I'm VERY curious, but then again I also feel that whoever it is has a right to privacy, as long as they are being responsible and don't endanger anyone.

If it's just an A lister... what about John Mayer?
He is more reclusive now than ever. skeevy enough to keep that news to himself and still sleep with people. and had that many girlfriends...

I don't think the blind items are always true, but this one seems to be a big deal and apparently it's an even huger deal over in the UK tabloids, so some people are speculating it's a british actor.

My sis had told me when she first saw this blind item, that people are sure it's Charlie Sheen and this would explain his "breakdown" a few years ago. People are saying that that was when he found out, and so he went nuts.
