Re: Christmas birthday and party

I think the earlier the better. I vote 12/12. The closer to the holidays the tougher it is for parents and all the family events, parties, etc start filling up the calendar. A lot of families also go away Xmas time.

Christmas birthday and party

I also say 12/12 and I would send invites early so pple can mark their calendars. December fills up so quickly with holiday events.

I agree- I'd either do it 12/12 or just after the new year.

Re: Christmas birthday and party

My DD is also a Christmas Eve baby. Last year we had her party that weekend before Christmas. Pretty much everyone we invited was able to make it.

I would go with 12/19...thats more than enough days away from Christmas, people are still around.

Re: Christmas birthday and party

I'd say 12/12 or in January. My dd's bday is 12/18 and we booked 12/5 so it's the furthest from the holidays.

We vote on 12/12 although someone recently told me they do day after Christmas & the place was great & empty except for the party.

My friends twins born on Xmas day & she does half birthdays every year. So they have party in June.

I would do it the first week of January. December is a tough month and people are all over the place.
