How do you....ummmm....stay regular on vacation?
As I'm getting older I'm noticing, the plumbing doesn't work as well when I'm away.
What do you do to keep things moving along?

How do you....ummmm....stay regular on vacation?
Avoiding fast food.
We do not eat fast food and our first road trip was rough. We wound up eating Subway when we had to stop and that helped.

How do you....ummmm....stay regular on vacation?
I've had this problem my entire life. I start taking colace several days before I leave, then twice a day while I am away.

Ugh, I have this, too.
Two BIG glasses of OJ with breakfast helps me. I find that just drinking more fluids in general keeps everything moving.

I wish I'd get backed up on vacation. I have the opposite problem. All . the . time.
