IUI before IVF
I have done 4 IUI cycles (all failed), I am currently moving on to IVF but they told me i have to wait til next cycle to start, So I figured while I'm waiting... I will do one more IUI cycle... Has any one else done this?
Does it delay the IVF cycle?

It will delay it one more month.
A lot has to be ordered (meds) with IVF. Has all of that been taken care of yet?

It may or may not delay it a month. Some REs like a break between, some don't ask for that. The only way you'll know is by discussing it with your RE.

well the reasoning I ask, is cuz i went in the day of my period for the ivf consult, and he originally told me i could start taking bcp that day, and we could start process in 4 weeks... but then the nurse said i cant start til next cycle cuz they close a week in october... and for whatever other reasoning...
So, I figured instead of waiting a whole cycle, just to do another IUI... and then after that, do IVF...
so, i already know its gonna delay one cycle.... but do you think it will delay again?? and for what reasons?
