I did during early pregnancy (they limit you at 24 weeks).
It was a great vacation.
We went on Carnival out of NYC & visited a bunch of beaches with our then 8-9 month old.

I think it depends on how you're feeling. Never in a million years could I have done it, but if you feel fine, why not? Think of all the yummy food!!!!

Going on a cruise pregnant ?!

I went on a cruise three days after finding out I was pregnant- I was about five weeks--I was so nauseous the entire time I was on the boat.
It was awful.

We cruised when I was 26 weeks? Or 27 weeks along. I remember I was right at the cut off for it being allowed by the cruise line. It was great.

I went on a 3 day cruise on Royal Caribbean when I was 24 weeks pregnant. Needed a note from my OB giving her OK that I was allowed to travel. Had a great time!

This was my SIL as well. She was so sick the entire time.. it was awful
I had all day all night morning sickness until 20 weeks this time.. I would never have booked a cruise ..
