Something wrong? Early labor?
I dont know what is going on. On Friday I had false labor, contractions progressing in frequency and intensity that suddenly stopped after a couple hours. Since then Ive had menstrual-like cramping that comes and goes at times each day. Last night (Tues) my uterus tightened and just wouldnt let go. It stayed like a rock for hours. Extremely uncomfortable. I also have diarrea, low back pain. I will be 38 weeks tomorrow. It doesnt feel like labor. Could something be wrong?

Your body is probably preparing for labor. To put your mind at ease i would call dr. Today.

I don't know, it sounds like it could be the start.
My labor started with infrequent menstrual-like cramps for over a day with little consistency. The diarrhea and back pain sound like it could be real.
I'd call the dr.

UPDATE Re: Something wrong? Early labor?
so i went to the dr. She said its all normal. Im 1 cm and 50% effaced at 37w6. Can it be hours, days, weeks?
