Any recs for a sellers agent in the Ronkonkoma area?
We're thinking of selling our house, but don't know where to start. First, we want to know what we could even get for it to see if it's worth selling right now, since we bought in 2007 and the value has dropped significantly.

Yes, Beth Clarke - she went so above and beyond for us (we used her as a buyers agent, but I am positive she would be excellent as a sellers agent also)
