Gold Coast ivf question

He is a good doctor and people like him but he wasn't for me. I felt like he couldn't be bothered with my situation and he wanted me to get testing done (which was not covered with insurance) because he didn't necessarily believe the test results given to him by the other doctor.

Re: Gold Coast ivf question

I loved him and his practice . Was such a better experience than LIVF where I previously was for a year and a half. After 3 years of trying and iuis and an ivf at LIVF after 1 cycle with Gold Goast I am now 6 mos preg. The testing is for good use , he tests for a lot more than most and is worth it bec he tries to get to the root of the problem to come up with an exact protocol just for you. A lot of dr brush it off as u explained . Which in reality isn't really the case they just can't fig it out or don't want to test to figure it out .

Gold Coast ivf question

Love him. I really think he is thorough and knows what he is doing. The staff was always great, wait times were non existent, treatment was top notch. He explored all areas(testing to a plan of action that included acupuncture, vitamins, supplements and when I asked a question he always had hard core facts of why he was doing something)!
Good luck. His bed side manner isn't amazinf but keep in mind bed side mannER doesn't get you pregnant. Chat Icon

Re: Gold Coast ivf question

Not a great experience there.
Pros- knowledgable and does research, thorough testing, clean office, nice staff
Cons- gave me the complete run around with no definitive plan for two cycles-- they were moving their office so this could be why but things were a bit chaotic and no follow up.
Staff always had a hard time getting my blood. Every time I went. Never had this experience with RS or SIRM.
He told me he will stim me like a 40 year old as my plan when I asked my clinical protocol. I didn't look back.
Overall he seems like a great Dr and I might have just gone during a bad transitioning time but did not have a great experience.
