Brunch Bridal Shower
I'm looking for a restaurant for a friends bridal shower. I'm thinking a brunch location on the south shore anywhere between East Islip and Massapequa. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I had my baby shower brunch at Shandon Court in East Islip. It was absolutely delicious and the room is really nice (we had the downstairs room because we needed something handicap accessible).

i went to a shower at captain bills in bayshore- it was really nice- It was raining that day, but there is a deck right off the smaller room (still a big room- probably fits around 70-75 people if not more). right on the water. loved it

I just had my baby shower which was a brunch at Jonathan's in New Hyde Park on Jericho Tpke -- it was fantastic. They have a brunch buffet option and a brunch sit down option. We did the buffet and got so much food! They even packed up all the extra food and sent it home with us. You need to guarantee 50 people to reserve the private room -- we had about 56 people and I think anymore than 60-65ish would be pushing it and a little tight. The service was great, too!

Brunch Bridal Shower
Snapper Inn -- I had my wedding reception (in which we did a brunch) there. It was excellent.
Irish Coffee Pub -- I've been to several showers there and the food and atmosphere are great.

Patchogue is further than you wanted to go but Lombardi's on the Bay is amazing. I had my bridal shower there and I've been there for Sunday brunch- it's really great.

Had my shower here and going to one on Saturday...It's the Victorian Room and they do a really great job...lots of food and passed apps

I wasn't pleased with The Babylon Carriage House. My baby shower was there and they also had an engagement party at the same time. Very poorly organized, understaffed.

Library Cafe in Farmingdale?
Every time I go there, it seems like they have some sort of event happening, so I imagine it must be a popular spot for parties!
