Boston/Cambridge in the Winter

Hello
We are going to Boston next weekend for 3 days.

What is there to do in the area during the colder months.

I already have the Sam Adams tour and Cheers.

TIA

Re: Boston/Cambridge in the Winter

I was just there with my boyfriend!!

We saw a show at the TD Garden!! Garth Brooks - it was awesome.

You could see if someone you like is playing there. i found the sound to be excellent quality.

We did the Old Town Trolley tour -- they are heated trolleys and you can get all over, see everything, the prices are reasonable - the guides know EVERYTHING and they are funny too! Then, they stop at various places and you can hop on, hop off! So, it's nice because if it's cold you are from heated trolley to heated place to see, and back!

The something with an F that's hard to pronounce Hall has this big market place / shopping area - that was nice! There are a ton of irish pubs - really nice ones with live music - just google those and you'll find some.

OMG the restaurants - everything is so great.

We had the best time ever. We already want to go back in the summer.

We went last year in early March so it was still cold out. Check out Harpoon Brewery... I thought it was better than Sam Adams. Plus they have these pretzels they make there that are SO good. We also bundled up and walked some of the freedom trail, went to Fanuiel Hall/ Quincy Market, the Aquarium. Walked over to the little Italy area.
