Bringing baby to Mexico?
My husband and I would love to return to an all inclusive down in Mexico this spring. Our baby will be 6/7 months at that time. We are on the fence though-what do you think about bringing such a young baby out if the country?

I personally would have no issue with it. But my DH is nervous nelly and would never allow it.

Bringing baby to Mexico?
DH and I are planning a Caribbean trip for end of February (haven't decided 100% where yet) and will be taking our DS who will be 8 months at that time. He is a good baby and we already went on 2 vacations with him (at 6 weeks and at 12 weeks) but this will be the first time out of the country. I don't see a problem with it.

I wouldn't have hesitated to do it, though my cousin brought her son who was about a year and he ended up getting sick while they were in Cancun...she had to use the hotel doctor, who didn't speak much English, and ended up having to give him medication that she wasn't totally sure about, because he was sick enough to require an antibiotic. Before I heard her horror story, I would have never hesitated, but now I definitely do!

Ehhhh, positives and negatives! Wish I could bring a translator along for the ride, just in case! Maybe an English-speaking island in the Caribbean?!?

Bringing baby to Mexico?
We took DS to Barbados when he was 5 months. No problems and had a great time. I would be hesitant to travel somewhere that might have water issues.
