I live the opposite of a healthy life and I have the bod to prove it! 
I really need to get it together! Stressful times cause laziness. Keep up the good work, girls...I need to join in the healthy crusade!

I eat healthy- I try to shop in the perimeter of the store- veggies, etc.
I drink 8 -10 glasses fo water religiously, take vitamins, do not smoke, have a glass or mixed drink occassionally, and exercise 3 x a week.

Left desk job to start own business as personal chef.
Eat healthier...(I cook almost every night and don't buy breakfast or lunch out).
Exercise - as much as this body will allow
Relax - read a good magazine or book enjoy music
Stopped fretting about the small things - if it's not that important --- it's not that important
Stay in touch with friends - keeping connected socially helps level life out.

Spend lots of time with family and friends
