Does anyone own one of these?

Are they worth getting? I don't have too much time in the morning with my 1 year old running around, but I hear these make a great cup of coffee.

The reviews peaked my interest.. anyone have any feedback? Worthy purchase?

Thanks!Chat Icon

I bought a friend one for a gift last year, it's a real sort of style piece, not fantastic coffee IMO, it's just like a drip coffee maker except the filters are a bit harder to get a hold of. I would just get a Melittta once cup that sits in top of a mug.

Re: chemex coffee maker

I see these more for the coffee snob kind of person, not for someone looking for a quick cup of coffee in the AM. (I also mean this in a nice way, not to start drama).

Before I was gifted my Keurig, I made French press every morning.

I still had to wait for the water to boil which is a PITA during the work week.

I rarely use pods and just pack my coffee myself and have my coffee ready as soon as I wake up.

No worries! I figured as much-just keep seeing people talk about them so I got curious-LOL! Thanks so much! :) I love the way French Press coffee comes out, but it's tough in the morning with the kids!
