Sesame place questions

We would like to take the boys to Sesame in July. Our plan is to arrive by noon on the first day, spend the day at the park. We would like to stay overnight and do something else the next day. So my questions are:
1. Can anyone recommend a nice hotel for one night? It doesn't need a pool since we won't be at the hotel much anyway.
2. For the second day, which would you recommend, the please touch museum or adventure aquarium? My boys are 3 yrs and 15 months.
Tia :)

Re: Sesame place questions

I think Sesame has cabins that you can rent for the night. It's part of their package.

I also heard that The Element is nearby. I stood at that hotel for business and I loved it.

Re: Sesame place questions

We just stayed at Spring Hill Suites right next to Sesame. You can walk to Sesame from the hotel, which was a huge plus. We would stay there again and plan to. We stayed 2 nights and did Sesame all 3 days. First day dry rides (we didn't get there til 3:30-4. The 2nd day we did lunch with Elmo & water rides all day. The 3rd day we saw a show and more dry rides before we left. My DD just turned 3, and we have a 3 month old, so that's why we stretched out the visit.

Sesame place does not have rental cabins.

We have stayed at the Springhill Suites and loved that you can walk right to the park. The Residence Inn is nice also.

Re: Sesame place questions

we are going in a few weeks and we are staying at one of the hotels very close not the one right next to it. I cant remember the name right now. We got the package from Sesame and for three days and then we plan on going to the please touch museum. My friend lives there and LOVES that place her DD is 2.5 and says it the best place. We have a 3 yo, 2 yo and a 3 month old going. I think you will be fine if you wanted that with your kids.

We always stay at the raddison Philadelphia northeast. Nice hotel, reasonable, very nice pool area (indoor and outdoor) - you might decide to use the pool - and nice breakfast. They have cribs available. Short drive to park. And we just went to touch museum Memorial Day weekend and it was awesome!! Highly recommend

Re: Sesame place questions

Stay at the crowne plaza in trevose it's a 10 min drive and it's reasonable. I've stayed the shearton across the street but it's much more $$$ and the crowne plaza is just as nice.

Pleas touch museum is really nice my girls loved it last year. Get there very early because it gets crowded!!!

Sesame place questions

We stayed at the Radisson in Trevose PA both times we went. It was cheap and clean. Could not ask for much more!

Re: Sesame place questions

Just got back! We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott which was nice, they have shuttle service to the park. The Holiday Inn Express is right there too. Do the Please Touch Museum, it's amazing!!!!
