I had to unsubscribe REALLY fast from that group because I just couldn't with some of the prices based on what was being sold. Ridiculous.

The only thing I can figure is they are silk....custom and embroidered silk could definitely get that pricey. I have seen embroidered silk for upwards of $300/yard.
Will she find a buyer for them on a used B&S board on FB - probably not.

I can't believe those boards. I don't know why I even look. Yesterday I saw a used exersaucer for like 80% of retail. I know that's not shocking like the curtains but I still don't understand how someone thinks that more than like 30 - 40% of retail price makes sense.

I do have to say, you can score some great deals if you can get past the formica furniture for $800. We had been shopping for a new dining set. One popped on there, I was not in the market for used. However, seller was moving and needed to unload it. HUGE, SOLID WOOD, excellent craftmanship, custom cut glass top to protect the wood, all pieces in mint condition dining table and 6 chairs for $300. That set would have gone for thousands in store.

you can def get awesome stuff. someone recently posted a picnic table and benches for 40$ it was unfinished wood but i dont have any room for it. the next day someone posted a gorgeous picnic table and the name of a man who does custom picnic tables! when i get a house, i will def be contacting him
