would you send it back??
I needed a new vacuum. I had a Kenmore canister for so long and loved it. It was too old to keep refixing.
So, I Thought I would change it up. I bought a Dyson from QVC. It was a good deal.
I used it twice and Im NOT impressed with it and dont care for it. DH says return it and go get a new Kenmore. How do I send back a vacuum that has been used? Would you do it?

Honestly, yes! My mother bought the Dyson from qvc as well, hated it so she gave it to me. I don't want to sound ungrateful but I hate this vacuum. I had a sharp vacci I loved but it was breaking so my mom figured she would give me the Dyson and she would go back to what she had. Now I'm stuck with this thing. I think qvc would take it back if you tell them your not happy with it.

I too hated my Dyson. I bought it at BB&B. Called Dyson to see if they could offer a solution to the problem I was having with their vacuum. They couldn't. I asked if they could offer me a credit toward a different one, and they said no. BB&B took it back and gave me full credit. I got a Shark instead. I'd send it back to QVC if they'll take it.

Omg Dysons are the most overrated overpriced vacuums every. Yes return it! I like my Hoover 10 times better. For 1/3 the price!

That's what is great about qvc...you can try it and return if you don't like. Call them, they will email you a return label so you don't have to pay for shipping

This! 100%! I just spent (what I consider to be) a lot of money on a fancy foundation from Sephora and used it for a few days. I finally came to the conclusion I didn't like the color match and returned it. This is a Dyson we're talking about! GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

If you do get a dyson just make sure you register it since you get a 2 year warranty.. i have a cordless which i love since I don't have to sweep anymore, but i have had to call up several times in the past year and a half that i've had it because of stuff that didn't work/broke.

I loved mine. I had it for 7yrs before I finally retired it. Got it used from Best Buy at their 'prior to black Friday' culling of inventory. My favorite pre holiday shopping time!
Got the Animal one (first gen) and love it. Altho I have replaced it now in my new house I STILL have my old one. Mostly because the Dyson never got clogged with my hair. With AJ and I and two cats.. we have a lot of hair.
Last weekend I had to sit down and break out the razor blade to tend to our new vacuum and yes.. I miss the Dyson.

If you don't like it then return it. QVC has amazing customer service and will take the used vacuum back - no questions asked. The only annoying thing would probably be packing it up.

I do as well, an 80lb dog and 2 kids and it's great. It has a wood floor attachment.
