Please pray
I am currently 28w3d with twins. I have been in l&d since last night. I had excessive bleeding from my prévia and while that has stopped I am having aggressive contractions which might mean I will need to deliver today or tomorrow. My little guy is small and not even 2 lbs yet so please pray for us and any 28 week success stories would be great!!!

 For you & your babies! My cousin delivered her son at 27 weeks and he's now a happy/healthy 8 year old boy!!

Only can say that my twin brothers were born 3m preemie. Tiny little things they were. She never wanted them and so she didn't care to take care of herself or them. Once they were born we named them. She changed her mind and kept them only to have the state remove them 3 months later. We adopted them (my dad) They just celebrated their 23rd birthdays. Their older sister (also my sister now) is turning 24 this weekend.
There's your success story. It can happen.

I personally do not have experience with having a premie. A good friend of mine though was due July 10th and had her son on April 12th last year. He is the definition of a miracle baby and beat every obstacle. He was born at 27 week due to preclampcia. They gave her steriods while in the hospital. That combined with the stress he came out as a 29 weeker (he stopped growing at 24 weeks so that was a HUGE jump).
The story is long so here is the link to her story. He is now 1 month shy of his 1 year birthday and I can tell you he is doing AMAZING!!! He is developing at the same rate as my son (born July 1st. I have a Mombies group on FB (we have 92 girls and all AMAZING) and she is on there. Come join us and she'll be happy to talk to you. Good luck!

Lots of prayers for you!! MY twins were born at 30 weeks. My DD was only 2.3 lbs. but you would never know it looknig at them now. Lots of luck!

I was in L&D with contractions at 28 and 32 weeks. No bleeding, but they stopped them both times and I never needed the shot.
My nephew was 28 weeks- he's 9 now.
My friends twins were 29 weeks- now 9.
My cousins twins were 29 weeks- now 3.
