I am in Somerset County, NJ and it is now snowing hard and fast. It is sticking to the ground too.

Just started by Queens Blvd and the LIE.
Such heavy traffic today, I am usually getting out of the tunnel by now.
Why in the world is everyone driving today ?

It's been snowing pretty heavy here in Staten Island since 8. Of course my hubby was stubborn and took the car instead of truck to work!

We have about 2.5 inches here already. I think that if it continues to snow the rest of the day the way it has snowed this morning, we are in for quite a bit of snow. My neighbor was an inch away from hitting my car this morning as he skidded down the street.

I actually work at a school and we are definitely not closed.
I know it's the first real snow of the year and all, and it's coming down fast right now but the projected 2-4 inches really isn't a huge deal.
But what do I know, I'm Canadian

Philadelphia area. We started snowing around 8am. It’s coming down good, but not accumulating that much. We have maybe a inch so far. I think we are getting 4/6 inches here. Mostly all schools in our area are closed today.

lol seriously!! Everyone on my fb page is going crazy and I'm thinking relax, it's 2 inches!!!!!! I love how people make such a big deal out of it. People upstate would totally have a field day making fun of is for it!!
