Chemical?

Hello ladies! I've been lurking for awhile now.

My DH and I decided to start trying two months ago. I've been using an app but no temping or anything like that. Well, I really thought I was pregnant this month and now I'm not sure what's going on. Please pardon the TMI areas of the summary below!

I have a 30 day cycle (like clockwork). My period was due this Thursday. I've been feeling weird the past week and a half. Crampy, heavy feeling, etc.

On Saturday, I was really crampy, had to run to the bathroom several times and I had very light spotting once. My DH told me to test and, as expected, BFN. On Sunday, I had spotting once. After looking at implantation calculators, this seemed like it was implantation spotting. Well, last night I started to have heavier bleeding. It has continued through this morning (with clots - TMI - sorry). I'm very crampy and I feel really queasy. I'm sure I'm out at this point (tested and got a BFN). Do you think this was a chemical or an early period (which has never happened to me)? Is it worth calling my doctor?

Thanks for the help - I just wasn't sure where to turn!

My periods were clockwork, 31 days every month until I started TTC. I was TTC for 3 months, the first month was 2 days late, the second was 5 days early. It's so weird how it happens, but it does. Good Luck to you!

Never say never when TTC. You can say you never get this or that or always have an X day cycle....that all changes when you are TTC.

If you got a BFN I would think it was just a wonky cycle and chalk it up as that and move on.

Usually the sign of a chemical would be that you actually got a BFP and then after a few days had the symptoms you listed above... BUT here's to holding out hope for you !
