Announcing Second Pregnancy-- Need ideas!

When I was pregnant with my daughter, we announced the pregnancy to our entire family at one time on MOther's Day by giving our moms wrapped sonogram photos-- and it was completely wonderful and a huge surprise for everyone.

Fast Forward to DC#2 and my mom accidently found my pregnancy test two hours after I took it and before I even told DH I was pregnant and then once she knew, DH felt he had to tell his parents the next day-- I wasn't even there when he told them.. So completely anti climactic as far as annoucnments go.

Anyway.. so since at least our siblings and friends don't know yet (hopefully, if our parents didn't secretly spill the beans!) I was wondering if anyone had any cute ideas on how to announce to them? Or where I can get a big sister t shirt for DD?

Congrats! We got DD a tee shirt that said Only Child Expiring May 2013 - we got it on Etsy. They have tons of cute announcement shirts - just search pregnancy announcement on Etsy.

We told everyone we wanted to get a family pic- I was in the picture and DH took the picture....right before he snapped I said "IM PREGNANT" and he got the picture with their expressions..its priceless

I got shirts for my DDs from Etsy, and I made one for myself...I took a sono pic and made an iron-on onto a t-shirt. During a family gathering, I had all 3 of us change into our shirts and see who noticed first. It was a lot of fun!

I got DS' shirt on etsy as well -- from The Pecking Order -- saying "Dylan has a big secret..." on the front and on the back it said "I'm going to be a big brother". I held out until Mother's Day and then brought DS to see my mom and MIL (and the respective families).
