GHI Injectable Coverage
Hi. I have GHI (NYC coverage) and will be doing an IVF cycle. I have been reading that I should be ordering the maximum per fill.
If you have done IVF and have GHI what is the maximum you ordered of Gonal F or Follistim, Menopur, and Garnilex?
When I called Freedom Pharmacy they weren't too helpful and said something outrageous will get questioned but there isn't a maximum. But I'm hearing there is a maximum.

Same insurance.. Max for Gonal 900 pens was ten boxes. Ask your RE, they should be able to know what the max is for each and order that. Just tell them you have PICA.
