His theme was Moose & Zee at the time.
I bought an iron on transfer from someone on etsy, put it on a plain white t-shirt and he wore jeans. It was a backyard party so nothing fancy needed.

what did your son wear to his 1st birthday party?
My sons first bday is today. We are having a party tomorrow and the theme is sick monkey. I bought him a white onsie with a sock monkey vest and tie in it from etsy with a matching birthday hat. He'll wear that with denim shorts!

First birthday our theme was Hole in One (golf). I found a hat and shirt from Gymboree that said Hole in One and had a golf theme. This year it's Welcome to Radiator Springs. A vendor on Facebook is making us a shirt.

DS1 - construction theme party so got him a t-shirt with a construction truck and a #1
DS2 - Luau theme and wore a Hawaiian shirt, but since it was a pool party he wore it shorty then into his bathing suit and rash guard.

i had a onesie from carters saying "its my birthday" that he wore on his actual birthday, and we had another onesie that said im 1, for his party .. he chenaged out pretty quick and most of his pics are of him in a bathing suit..

We did a circus theme and my son wore shorts, a white button up, and a red and white bow tie... he was supposed to be the circus master. I thought he looked cute :) He was given a shirt that someone got on etsy that said Mr. ONE-derful on it. Also adorable!

We had a nautical theme. So he wore red shorts and one of my close friends bought him a onesie from etsy. It had suspenders attached with little anchors on them & a sailboat tie iron on. It was the cutest.

we had a yo gabba gabba theme for his 1st birthday.
i had a onsie made from an etsy vendor w/ all the gabba characters, his name and 1st birthday on it.
i still have it ~ i loved it so much! i want it to be one of those things you whio out when he is 35 and awww about! lol
