BFP but spotting *Update
I had an FET on 7/15. I tested yesterday evening at 7dp5dt & got a BFP! I don't normally test before Beta but this was my 4th round of IVF and the first time I had NO symptoms so I knew this one was different and I tested. Well...I only had a few hours of happiness before I woke up this morning and found I am bleeding. It's not heavy, but it's every time I wipe (sorry if tmi) and it's pink/red, not brown (which is odd because I usually start my period with a few days of brown blood spotting). Ugh! Beta tomorrow...it'll be a long 24 hours....
Eta: BFP was on a CBE digital
7/24 - Beta came back at 116. The doc is optimistic with that #. Of course, after all we've been through, we are just cautiously optimistic and taking one day at a time. Thank you all for getting me through yesterday!

i would call dr and tell them you are spotting, they may have you come in today and increase your progestrone.

This. Or it can be implantation bleeding. Do you have cramps too?

Thanks! I had progesterone checked two days ago and it was at 14...they said they look for higher than 5 so I'm good there. I've never had implantation bleeding before so I guess it's possible - but I thought that would be before a BFP - especially a digital. No cramps at all.
Thanks for your help, ladies! Always helpful to hear different perspectives!

I didn't have spotting but i had alot of cramps for a week and a half. They told me its implantation. It seems like if you have one or the other(cramps/bleeding )you are ok. Its when they are both together its not so good. Good luck and call your RE!

Thanks again! Just called the RE and they want me to wait until tomorrow. Since my levels have been fine, there's nothing they can do about it, I suppose. They said hopefully it's just bleeding from the cervix and or old blood (which I don't think it is). Now it's just the good ol' waiting game.

Thanks everyone! I was in such a good place this cycle (mentally) - so mad that this happened in the last day before beta. Trying to be patient....(not working out well lol).

Spotting is normal. As long as its not bright red and you're soaking pads you are fine.

Are you on any progesterone suppositories? I had pink bleeding my whole first trimester because of them.

I am on suppositories. Thank you for your post I really hope that is what it is. Previous IVF cycles with bleeding have turned out bad for me...but I never had a BFP before so I hope this is different!

I had bleeding with my son from 5 weeks to 15 weeks. So scary but everything worked out. Also, the RE told me that the suppositories irritate the cervix which is very sensitive and prone to bleeding early in pregnancy. Good luck and keep us posted!
