swollen and uncomfy
So my feet are huge and they hurt from the skin stretching!! The only thing I can do to help it according to my doctor is put my feet up, not happening, and drink more water!! SO I decided to try something different today, I brought in a gallon of water and solo cup, trying to drink it by end of work day!!! So far so good, it's crazy how much easier it is to drink out of a cup rather than a bottle!!! GO FIGURE!!!

I am in the same boat! Work full time, have a 21 month old and am on my feet a lot at work. Put your feet up?! Whats that!
I try and get hubby to rub my ankles...sorry, kankles...each night at least. I guess it is the only good thing about it! ha!

Totally agree. Solo cups help a lot. I also found using a straw helped too.

my doctor also told me when your feet get swollen to elevate your feet and level it with your heart. Obviously not a work lol but when you get home. Also try to stay away from salty foods

HAHA!!! DH wouldn't touch my feet....ever! haha!!! Never going to happen!
