Half-day kindergartens in Merrick/South Shore area?

Half-day kindergartens in Merrick/South Shore area?
Does anyone know of any half-day kindergartens available somewhat near the Merrick area? My older children went to a catholic school which has since phased out their half-day program. My daughter is on the younger side of the year, and is shy. I have a lot of ambivalence about her attending full-day kindergarten. Many friends have suggested having her repeat Pre-K to give her that "edge up." I think this would be doing an injustice to her, as she is very bright.

Wee Friends in Wantagh (or North Bellmore). They used to have a south Merrick location, but I believe it's now merged with the new North Bellmore school.
