3D sono
DH is obsessed and really wants to get one done. Is this something we request through the OB office? Any idea on how much it cost? Does insurance over it?

my dr did it at my 30w growth sono. it was just like a regular sono, they just flip a switch.

My OB does it for $150. I know there are places you can go to to get it done.

My doctor's office offers a package for $165 which we ended up doing. I asked at my 20 week sono and they told me "at 20 weeks there really isn't anything much to see that will be special...we suggest you do it between 26 to 30 weeks" or something like that.
Mention it to your doctor. They might just flip the switch like the others said. I DEF recommend it. My dad and my sister both said it's a waste of money and just kept telling us he was going to look like an alien but we did it anyway and we are SO happy we did. It was worth every penny!
