Does your gym have wood or carpet for their classes?

I have been going to Lucille Roberts, and it's been great, but I keep getting tripped up doing the classes on the carpeting. Today I twisted my ankle, which is thankfully fine now, but it really hurt at the time. It's sooo hard to do those spins, etc. on the carpet. I really think I might have to cancel because of this! Does your gym have carpet or wood?

Wood...it seems very unsanitary to have carpet.

Wood.

I won't teach anywhere that has carpeting. It's not safe.

Most Lucille's changed over to wood flooring. I belong to Lucille and another one and both are not carpet floor.

Same. It's not safe at all. I would strongly advise against continuing to workout on carpet, you may not feel the effects of it right now, but long term it definitely does damage to your joints - unless you are stationary.
