For those of you that have watched children in your home
How did you go about it? Did you just know someone who needed it, and it went from there? Was it a friend's child, etc? Did you place an ad? Curious to hear what it entailed fro you.

for the boy I babysat, his father worked with a friends husband.
So I guess it was through word of mouth

For those of you that have watched children in your home
My sister watches a boy full time and it was thru word of mouth. My sisters kids are school age and she is active in the PTA and it was a friend of a friend sort of thing.
