For a healthy snack I love to give my kids fresh fruit, homemade yogurt smoothies or crackers with sunflower seed butter.

My sons first "big" word was apple which happens to be one of his favorite snacks along with yogurt and berries. I also must mention the only thing he drinks is water!!

fresh fruit, oatmeal raisin cookies with flaxseeds, organic yogurt, whole wheat crackers....and not considered a "snack" but LOTS and LOTS of water

I like to make fruit/ veggie men for them, using different pieces of fruit and veggies to make the bodies (apples for bodies, raisins for eyes, celery for legs, etc). The kids love them!
