Testing began today!
So my TTC journey continues. My official work up was today with a million tubes of blood taken and an transvaginal sonogram. The blood work ranged from simple CBC and hormone checks to complete genetic testing. I actually felt good getting it all done. I rarely go to a dr so I felt it was needed. The sonogram was uncomfortable bc she was checking the follicles in my ovaries so major stretching! It was very fast though so I was happy :) Next week starts the bigger testing. I'm getting a water sonogram Tuesday to measure the uterus and check for fibroids and weds is the dreaded HSG- live radiograph by injecting dye to see if my tubes are blocked. I am SO NERVOUS about this!! In 2003, I had surgery on my rt tube and ovary to remove scarring and endometriosis so there is a huge probability that it has become blocked again. If it is, IVF is most likely going to be my only hope. I was given a high probability of needing IVF then and got preg on my own with DS, so I know I still may have a chance. I need prayers! You all have been so wonderful hearing my daily rants and I am so happy to have LIF for advice and support. I just wish I could get it all over with sooner and know my options already

Good luck! I didn't think the HSG was that bad. I took Motrin about an hour prior to my appointment.
