Hi I'm new here.
I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came up positive. The line was light, but definitely there. I took one this morning and the line was still there but lighter
Is this ok?

It could just be that you didn't hold your pee in long enough or the type of test. Have you missed AF yet? I would try again after holding it for at least 4 hours or tomorrow AM with fmu and a digital.

I am not sure what test you were using. I would suggest testing again tomorrow with FMU and use an FRER. Good luck! Keep us posted.

It was a first response early response both times. They were from different stores and the boxes and stick look a bit different. If that makes sense.

Ept for a digital
but if there were lines on the other 2 it's a positive. Different sticks = different dyes and colors can vary. Congrats call dr and set up an appt

It may be possible that your urine was too diluted (not sure if you used fmu).. I would hold it for a few hours and try it tonight or in the am. At this point, your positives should be coming up on every test- hopefully it is darker this time! If it is lighter or non existent, it is possible that you may have had a chemical pregnancy and AF will soon show up. Let's not go there though! Stay positive and good luck!!

The darkness of the line really doesn't matter. As long as there is a line. Many people will never get a dark line.
