Citi Mini double- 2011 Version
I own one. got for the boys. been great up until a few months back when the wheels in front, the lever that you use to keep the wheel turning, constantly gets STUCK...all the time!
Both of them. its fustrating.
Im always getting stuck and stopping to fix them.
I purchased it at BBB. Do you think if I go there there is something they can do?
I need this stroller, twins are 2 and honestly, they will stay in there as long as I can! LOL.

Call or email their customer service.
I had an issue right after I bought mine and they sent me replacement wheels.

Call them! Had the same problem and they sent me 2 new wheels right away (also double)

I have an old citi mini bought at a consignment shop for $30 and I could still get a new front wheel no problem by going through baby jogger.

i had the same exact issue. call them, they will send you a replacement wheel!

I had the same problem. We were on vacation and I bought crazy glue and glued the lever up. I don't use the locked wheel ever. Maybe I'll call though and get new wheels.
